By now I’m sure you have learned, that the results you are seeing in your life begin with the thoughts that you think. Therefore, since the thoughts that you think create the beliefs that you hold, which dictate the actions that you take (or don’t take), consequently producing the results that show up in your life.  So if you don’t like what your seeing, now is the time to change your thoughts!

Too often we look for other opportunities based on what we “think” we are qualified to do. This simply is not the place to start if you want to live a fulfilling life that is structured around your lifestyle.

As an entrepreneur, you get to decide and design your life around what YOU “want” to do! You get to choose your clients and the tasks that you’d like to tackle for the day. If there is a task that seems to be “draining” your energy, then perhaps that task is “not yours to do”. That’s why it’s so important for you to define what you LOVE to do – upfront…before you decide what it is that you are qualified to do.

Hi, I’m Deb Farrell and thanks for stopping by! I’m just like you, I wanted all the benefits listed above for myself, but I was clueless how to achieve them or make that happen…up until I had a life changing event.

Let me explain, I worked in Corporate for 30+ years in Finance and Human Resources, with my last 5 years serving as an HR Director. I had the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a master’s degree in HR Management and Administration, and a nice salary with benefits. I loved helping people become successful – whether it was performance related or profit related! However, I was getting “burned” out of all the limiting factors I was running into in helping people.

I “felt” like my energy was slowing "draining" away on a daily basis and my passion to help others was slowly "fizzling out" and being depleted. Frustration and unhappiness were setting in and for anyone that knows me, this simply was not how I like to live my life. I was feeling like I had a “bigger” calling to help more people than I possibly could help by working inside an organization versus working for myself.

Shortly after realizing all the “disconnect” that I was feeling (including my marriage in my home life), I decided to reevaluate what was important to me. What made me happy, feeling the freedom I once had, the time to do what I wanted and truly enjoy life? How could I achieve happiness and freedom again?

That’s when I was presented with the “opportunity” to work more hours and extend the hours my son was already in a morning and afternoon latch-key program before and after school (he was 8 at the time) or “I could take a leap of faith and discover what I loved to do” based on what was important to me. I chose to pursue doing what I loved so I could have more FREEDOM, time and wealth – and SO CAN YOU!!

After studying and learning from the guru’s, investing several 5-figure dollars, depleting my bank account (because I didn’t know what I was doing at the time), living off of credit card debt and almost loosing my house, I finally “got-it” how everyone I enjoyed learning from had become so successful in creating more wealth, freedom and time. I was so excited I started sharing this with everyone! Then I saw how others were benefiting from it as well, I simply had to share the steps to make it happen for others!
